SHOULDER PRESS: These are so you can push things over your head  more easily.

CHAIR STANDS: These are so you can climb stairs and walk more easily.

PULLS: These are so you can pull things more easily.

CALF RAISES: These are so you can get up on your tippy toes more easily.

CHEST PRESS: These are so you can push things more easily.

ARM CURLS: These are so you can lift and carry things more easily.
